Overview

We ship to Canada and the United States. All orders are processed and fulfilled by Layers The Label Inc. from British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During Study launch periods or high-volume windows, processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any delays by email.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. All times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied on cross-border shipments. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping rate shown at checkout. We do not have advance visibility into what charges, if any, US customs will apply to a given shipment.

We declare all shipments at full value as required by law. We are not able to mark orders as gifts or undervalue declarations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbours and any safe-drop locations around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier depot with your tracking number
  3. Email us at support@layersthelabel.com if the issue is unresolved after 3 business days

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen. We recommend enabling signature-on-delivery if this is a concern in your area.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Layers The Label is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@layersthelabel.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order shipping timelines are governed by Section 4 of our Terms of Service. Current pre-orders are expected to ship within 6–8 weeks of the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order has been dispatched.
